I have gone from one decluttering course to another but mostly are focused on home decluttering and organization tips. After reading Mind Detox, I told myself why not try it. So I suspended all my usual cleaning tasks for 3 days and focused on cleaning my mental clutter. Everything else, my home, schedule, realtionships got cleaned up after that. Gone are my days of tirelessly organizing and cleaning up only to find the house cluttered again and again. Now I have leveled up my decluttering style by energising my home through the Space Lift techniques. I really hope more and more people especially stay home mums can discover this! Thank you!!!
